The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Inside that window you do not need a clever excuse — if it is not right for you, we want to hear from you.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order details and a one-line note about why you are returning it.
- We will reply with what to do next.
- Pack the item so it travels safely. Original packaging is helpful but not a requirement.
When the refund happens
Once the returned item is received and checked, we process the refund. We check that the item came back and that it is in the condition described below — we do not use that check as a way to invent reasons to refuse a legitimate return.
Normal wear vs damage, abuse or missing parts
- Fine to return: normal inspection, change of mind, fit, or ordinary light use that has not damaged or altered the item.
- Not a standard return: damage caused by abuse or misuse, items that have been taken apart or modified, and returns missing components that were included with the order.
If any of that applies, we will tell you exactly what we found and talk through the options — we will not simply keep the item and the money.
Restocking fees
There is no restocking fee. We have not invented one, and we will not add one at the end of the process.
Return shipping
Email us before sending anything back so we can tell you the simplest route for your situation. Do not send a return to an address that has not been confirmed with us.
